About the home

This villa is excellently located near the Intercontinental Hotel. The villa has been furnished to a very high standard, with all new furniture, fittings, china etc. Outside there is a regularly maintained swimming pool, barbecue and comfortable seating area.with furniture and sun loungers

Although suitable for golfers there is also plenty of entertainment for the non-golfer, with Los Alcazares 5km away, this is a pretty typically Spanish unspoilt seaside town with attractive promenade. Torre Pacheco is approximately 3km.

The garden is fully tiled and has a attractive outside kitchen and a gas BBQ along with a garden table with 6 chairs and 4 good quality sun loungers , the terrace on the first floor also has a 3 piece all weather suite , and is ideal for a early evening glass of wine

The villa must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure and will be available from 2 pm for incoming guests unless otherwise agreed

The Costa Calida region

The Costa Calida has approximately 320 days of sunshine a year, with the advantage of having the warm waters of the Mar Menor to bathe in! It is well located to explore the ancient cities of Cartegana and Murcia. The typically Spanish towns of Los Alcazares and Torre Pacheco offer a good selection of shops and restaurants, where dining out can be very reasonable! There is a railway station in Torre Pacheco, which provides good services to Murcia and surrounding areas. Visits to the Costa Callida are not limited to the summer season, it is a good place to visit all year round. i would recommend visiting Cartagena which is a lovely city only 15 miles away where you will find a attractive old port ,shops and many outside tapas bars where you can sit a watch the world go by.

The Mar Menor Golf Resort / Polaris World nr Los Alcazares area

The Mar Menor Golf Resort offers a 18 hole golf course with excellent facilities. paddle courts which can all be used for a weekly or daily fee .There is a good small supermarket. 1 minutes walk away, The 5 star hotel is only 300 yards away where there are bars and a restaurant and also a golf bar , you will find La Golleta which is outside the main entrance to the resort 5 minutes by foot , there is a spanish tapas bar and 3 restaurants and many other bars and shops will be opening shortly along with a live music venue , our villa is ideal for a winter golfing weekend , the residents hold a friendly golf competition on wednesdays and fridays and they welcome guests to play in it , put your name on the notice board in the pro shop if you would like to play

Across the road from the residents' club is the 5 star Intercontinental Hotel, with its own restaurants and bars. All this is only two minutes walk from the villa.

Fly to murcia san javier the property is a 10 minute drive cheap flights from stansted and luton by Ryan air or fly to alicante 45 minute drive easy jet from luton and stansted
