This villa is excellently located near the residents complex and the Intercontinental Hotel. The villa is new and has been furnished to a very high standard, with all new furniture, fittings, china etc. Outside there is a regularly maintained swimming pool, barbecue and comfortable seating area.
Although suitable for golfers there is also plenty of entertainment for the non-golfer, with Los Alcazares 5km away, this is a pretty typically Spanish unspoilt seaside town with attractive promenade. Torre Pacheco is approximately 3km.

The Costa Calida/Murcia region
The Costa Calida has approximately 320 days of sunshine a year, with the advantage of having the warm waters of the Mar Menor to bathe in! It is well located to explore the ancient cities of Cartegana and Murcia. The typically Spanish towns of Los Alcazares and Torre Pacheco offer a good selection of shops and restaurants, where dining out can be very reasonable! There is a railway station in Torre Pacheco, which provides good services to Murcia and surrounding areas. Visits to the Costa Callida are not limited to the summer season, it is a good place to visit all year round.
Mar Menor Golf Resort / Polaris World nr Los Alcazares area
The Mar Menor Golf Resort offers a nine hole golf course with excellent facilities. There is a residents' club with the top class restaurant El Olivio and Pinos bar which provides entertainment most evenings. The residents' swimming pool is heated and there is also a small gym,a tennis court, table tennis,a beauty salon and supermarket.
Across the road from the residents' club is the 5 star Intercontinental Hotel, with its own restaurants and bars. All this is only five minutes walk from the villa.
