Villa La Casa Roja is a beautiful 2 bedroomed luxury villa and is the perfect place to unwind and relax on your holiday. It is situated on a secure, gated complex and is furnished with your comfort in mind. The two bedrooms have 4 single beds, ideal for those golfing breaks away with friends. Also a sofa bed in the lounge, sleeping 2. There is a bathroom upstairs with a shower/bath, plus a ground floor WC.

The ground floor is open plan with traditional spanish furniture, a dining table and 4 chairs, plus a three and a two seater sofa. For guests use there is a satellite TV, DVD/CD, a play station and a selection of CDs, games and books for guests use. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven ,hob, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and crockery/cutlery for 6 people.

Two outside ground floor terraces, the rear facing southwest, overlooking the sunny garden. With table and 6 chairs, plus a ceiling fan. The 1st floor solarium has 4 loungers and parasol, ideal for topping up your tan.

This prestigious golf complex is the flagship resort of Polaris World Developments, all designed by Jack Nicklaus and it refects the wide range of 5 star facilities on offer. The spanish climate makes this the ultimate holiday destination for familes, golfers or anybody wishing to escape from their hectic lifestyles and to experience the local spanish culture.

A second villa, sleeping 4 on the complex is available. This enables larger parties, up to 10 people to enjoy the resort.

The Costa Calida/Murcia region

The Costa Calida literally means "hot coast" as this region is the dryest area of Spain, with over 315 days of sunshine per year and the lowest level of rainfall.

The Mar Menor is a beautiful warm water lagoon connected to the Meditterean by the fabulous La Manga Strip.
This south-east corner of Spain with over 250km of Meditterean coast line, sits to the south of Alicante (airport 50 minutes drive) to the east of Murcia City which is the regions capital and north of Categena which is a historic port.

This corner of spain is unspoilt by high rise tourism and the spanish culture is evident throughout the region.

Mar Menor Golf Resort / Polaris World nr Los Alcazares area

La Casa Roja is situated on an exclusive 9 hole par 36 golf course, soon to be extended to 18 holes, designed by Jack Nicklaus. It has a driving range, putting green and pro shop. A handicap certificate is required to play the course. Other golf courses in the area include Campoamor, Las Ramblas, La Finca, Villa Martin, Alta Real, Mosa Trajectum and the world famous La Manga 20 minutes drive away. These courses gives the golfer a huge selection to choose from.

The resort itself offers a social club with communal pools, restaurants, bars, gym, tennis court, health/beauty saloon, supermarket, medical centre and banking facilities. A 5 star intercontinental hotel with spa is the focal point of the resort, opened in the summer of 2006 and this soffer guests a fabulous selection of facilities.

Well worth a visit is Murcia City only 25 minutes drive away, with it's plaza's, shops and architecture. Also Cartegena an old roman sea port only 15 minutes drive away.

Beautiful award winning beaches can be found at Los Narejos and Los Alcazares on the Mar Menor, with many beach bars dotted along this 5 km stretch. Whilst beaches of the Mediterrean are only 15 minutes away.

Enjoy a fabulous lunch overlooking the harbour at the picturesque fishing village of Cabo de Palos or have a stroll through one of the local nature reserves/parks.

Every day a market can be found in one of the local towns, here is an opportunity to mix with the locals and practice your Spanish. Also throughout the year the area hosts many festvals. Information can be found on our website.

Other acivities include go-karting, sailing, jet skiing, canoeing, tennis, horse riding, boat trips to local islands and experience the outdoor mud bathing at Lo Pagan which can be found at the northern tip of the Mar Menor.
