Larger than most of the 3 bedroom villas on 5* luxury golf resort (nearly double downstairs space), this Polaris World golf villa in Spain has a spacious lounge and separate indoor and outdoor dining areas. Fully equipped for all your needs with fantastic front line golf course views in prime sought after position on resort. 3 bathrooms provide 3 showers and 1 bath - bath/shower en suite. Rear swimming pool and large sunbathing areas not overlooked by other villas. 42" TV, SKY including SKY Sports, internet access (pay as you go). 2 upstairs terraces mean you can watch sunrise and sunset and enjoy the sun all day long.

The Costa Calida region

Costa Calida means warm coast as it has the most temperate climate in all of Spain. Rainfall is low, sun hours are high and the temp in the winter rarely goes below 12 degrees.
The unspoilt Costa Calida is where you can still find the real Spain while still enjoying all the comforts of home. The towns and beaches in proximity to the Mar Menor Golf Resort are as yet undiscovered by the masses and so you can enjoy getting away from hustle and bustle.
The area offers great visits to beautiful Murcia city, the roman town of Cartegena, the famous La Manga resort and is close to both Murcia and Alicante airports.

The Mar Menor Golf Resort / Polaris World nr Los Alcazares area

Mar Menor Golf resort offers a secure villa complex situated around a par 32, 9 hole golf course 5km inland. The course is currently being extended to 18 holes, while there are around 15 other golf courses in proximity - with over 40 planned in the next decade!
The resort itself has a free communal swimming pool complex, a bar, restaurant, gym and hairdressers. There is an onsite 5* hotel 1 minute walk from the villa with further restaurants and bars and a spa, all of which are accessible to villa renters.
The resort is very peaceful and secure with gated access and security patrols 24 hours. It is also quiet and safe, making an excellent family holiday - we know, we have kids!
There are festivals throughout the year, and a market is held nearly every day of the week in one of the towns nearby.
The beaches are a 5 minute drive and are divine! Golden sands and shallow warm water, we - well the kids - swam in it in early February.
Easy drive to Murcia, Alicante, Cartagena, Torrevieja, La Manga and much more.
Courtesy buses now running to take you to other Polaris World resorts. Leave the car and try out the golf courses and bars and restaurants.

“One of the best villas in the best location possible.” Our third year here. One of the best (if not the best) located villas on the site. No noise from any facilities, overlooking one of the greens yet only a minute from the "community area" including community pool, shop, bar, hotel and restaurants. Owners are brilliant and keep the villa in tip top condition. New 40+ inch LCD TV, new dishwasher and new fridge freezer all new since last year. Lots of helpful advice before you go. Fast Wifi - just buy a pay as you go ticket from the shop onsite, its in time not megabytes though. We used a 300 minute car over a week, costing 12 Euro which I felt was very good between us all; esp compared to mobile data roaming costs! Google Polaris World Telecom Areanet for info. Lots of English branded food, and newspapers in the shop on site. The Mar Menor site itself has improved lots also this year; new coaches to shopping or the beach, new Italian Restaurant, new American Route 66 restaurant just 10 mins walk away. We also enjoyed visiting Los Alcazeres (10 mins) and Mar di Cristal (20 mins) by car.

“A fantastic villa in a fantastic location. We'll definitely be back!” The villa was stunning, well thought out and spacious. All our needs were catered for, everything had been thought of. A great value family holiday. The resort also had everything we needed which meant we never had to travel far. Definitely the best holiday we've had.

Guestbook for Frontline golf villa with pool

This is the best villa we've stayed in and a superb resort. Not far to all the beaches available. Shop on site has everything you'll need. Villa is in such a great location and you'll get the sunrise and sunset from both balconies. We've stayed in the LaManga complex and hotel in the past but this villa and resort is far better. We booked for the following year whilst we were still there we loved it that much.

We stayed in the villa in June 2010 and have had a fantastic time - none of us wanted to come home! The villa itself is superb and in a brilliant location - private and yet near to all the amenities. Everything you could possibly need has been thought about. The pool is brilliant - the children loved it and the toddler section was a godsend! The complex is immaculate and we felt very safe. It has been the most relaxing holiday we have had for years!

Our two daughters thought the private pool was fantastic and were rarely out of it during the week. With very busy lives at home with three young children we spent most of the time just relaxing by the pool, although we went to the beach on two occasions. The villa is, as you described, in an excellent location. Looking around I don't think that you could find a much better one. And the villa is even better in real life than it looks in the photos. Added to that the whole complex is kept in immaculate order and we felt very safe, especially knowing there was a security guard patrolling on a regular basis. It has been the first holiday in a while that I have actually not wanted to come home :( !!
