This villa is the same size as the three bedroom villas on the resort, so benefits from greater space, and a huge master bedroom. This luxury villa has everything you need for a relaxing holiday, with all the comforts of home. It has a 29inch Sony TV, and Sony DVD Home Cinema System. Many TV channels are available incuding Sky Sports, and Sky Movies. There is free wireless internet access in the villa, so bring your laptop. The Villa is finished and furnished to a high standard. The 5 star 'Polaris World' Mal Menor Golf Resort is accesed through security gates, and has on site security patrols and cameras, to ensure safety and confort of all guests. The Villa has open outlooks to the rear, which ensures complete privacy whilst relaxing or sunbathing on the upstairs (uncovered), or downstairs (covered) sun terraces. There is also a lawned area to the sides and rear. There is an on-site management company will help you with any queries during your stay. The resort is situated in a tranquil setting and is close to Murcia San Javier and Alicante Airports, with local beaches, shops and restaurants within easy driving distance. There are many facilities at the resort, all within 5 minutes walk. The Costa Calida/Murcia region
The region enjoys a perfect all year round climate with over 300 days of sunshine and an average temperature of 21C. This area has one of thye best all year round climates in spain. Rainfall is low, there is a lot of sunshine, and the temperature in winter is generally above 12 degrees. The unspoilt Costa Calida is where you can enjoy quiet relaxation, whilst exploring the real spain. The towns and beaches near the Villa are undiscovered by the masses. There is no "Blackpool in the sun" feeling here. The area is close to visit beautiful Murcia city, and the roman town of Cartegena. The famous La Manga resort is only 20 minutes by car.
Mar Menor Golf Resort area
The large lake "Mal Menor" is a five minute car journey away and offers facilities such as waterskiing, and other watersports. The area has many small traditional Spaninsh towns such as Los Alcazares only a 10 minute drive from the villa. The beach is also only a few minutes away by car.
How to get there
The Villa is located 10 minutes drive (7 km) from Murcia (San Javier) airport. Alicante is about 45 minutes drive. Cheap flights are available from Ryanair and Flybe to Murcia. Many other airlines offer cheap flights to Alicante. Car hire is readily available. It can be pre booked at the airport over the internet, or you can arrange it within five minutes at the airport. If you intend to take a refreshment or two on your journey, car hire can be arranged so that your car is waiting for you at the villa.
