How to get there
Ras Al Khaimah , is located approximately 70klm from Dubai and can be reached by taxi/car in approximately 50 minutes from Dubai Airport . Although Rush hour this could be longer .
Al Hamra Village is pretty much a self contained village, should you wish to explore further Ras Al khaimah centre is about 25minutes away .

Getting around
This is down to personal choice and how much you want to do. Driving in the village is very easy. Their are plenty of taxis which are a cheap way of getting around. The taxis are clean and all have meters so their is no dispute about fares. Taxis can also be hired for the day should you wish to go to Dubai they will take you their, drive you round and bring you back this is a good option i their are 3/4 , and I this works out cheaper than taking a taxi down and a different one back.
