Casfuar Cottage is located in the Cairngorm National Park, a 5 minute drive outside Tomintoul, one of the highest villages in Scotland. It is approximately a 1 hr 30 minute drive from Aberdeen, just over an hour driving from Inverness, and roughly 3 hours from both Glasgow and Edinburgh on a combination of motorways and the A9.

It is a remote area so a car is required. The cottage is approximately 5-7 mins drive along a quiet private forest/farm track which is uneven in places. We are the only cottage in this wonderful peaceful location.
