How to get there

How to reach Venice.

By plane: Venice is connected to all major European cities and the US through the Marco Polo International Airport. From the airport you can get to central Venice bus station (Piazzale Roma, services: Atvo or Actv) about 20min.

Many low cost airlines land at the nearby Treviso airport from which you can get to Venice by coach or train, about 1h.

By train: Central train station (Venezia Santa Lucia) is served by national Highspeed and Intercity trains from all major Italian cities and also by international trains from several European cities.

By car: Venice can be reached through the national motorway A4. From the motorway toll station follow the indications to Venezia (Venice), finally crossing the bridge, connecting the mainland to the city centre. Since cars cannot circulate in the city centre you must park your car during your stay. Only paid parking is available at Piazzale Roma or Tronchetto, at the end of the bridge.

At Piazzale Roma you can also find all major car rental companies (Avis, Budget, Europcar etc..)

From Piazzale Roma (bus station and parkings) or from the train station use the boat public transportation lines (vaporetto) at the boarding platforms located on the Grand Canal bank.

Take line 1 or line 2, getting off at Rialto stop; BiancaTea flat is just 3 minutes walk from the stop (see map).
