Getting around
The next metro/tram station is only a short walk (3 min) away. Public transport in Berlin is very efficient, cheap and safe. You don´t need a car. There are enough free parking places available around the house. So I would advice to park the car and to explore Berlin with public transport. It is only 10 min to the city centre.
