From North and South exit M6 at junction 32 onto the M55. Exit the M55 at junction 3 taking the 3rd exit at the roundabout onto the A585 sign posted Fleetwood. Continue about 1.5 mile until you reach a set of traffic lights, turn left onto the A586. Continue through 5 sets of traffic lights to a roundabout, take the 3rd exit onto the A587. Continue another 2 mile until you reach a major roundabout. Stay in the right hand lane but keep left as soon as you approach the roundabout onto Redbank Road following the signs to the promenade. Take the 1st right onto Norcliffe Rd, continue 500 yards and take the 2nd right. Caxton Lodge is the corner property on your left.

By tram from Blackpool North train station. Exit the train station and turn left, you will be facing a Sainburys superstore. Turn right onto the A586 following the signs for Blackpool Promenade. Continue down to the promenade and turn right at the Metropole Hotel onto the A584. The tram station will be facing you and your tram journey will take no more than 15 minutes. You need to get off the tram at the Norbreck Castle Hotel. Facing the hotel take the road to the right Norbreck Rd and first left onto Norcliffe Road. Caxton Lodge is located 500 yards on the left, corner of Caxton Avenue.
