How to get there
We are located 20 minutes outside of Avignon. The TGV station is located in Avignon with services from London to Avignon in 6 hours.
There is a train service from Avignon to Le Thor, our local village.
For taking a flight from the UK we are best serviced by the following airlines:
Ryan Air, Easy Jet and Fly Be
The airport runs are generally Gatwick to Marseilles on Easy Jet
London Luton to Nimes and London Stanstead to Marseilles with Ryan Air
Birmingham, Southampton and Bristol to Avignon on FlyBe (Seasonal)
Getting around
You are best advised to have a car to get about. Renting bicycles is also a wonderful way of exploring the area, both locally from the house and from starting in another place using your car to transport the bikes. We are able to rent bikes to you ourselves, so if this is of interest just ask.
