Flight Information:

There are numerous options for flying between the UK and Umbria.

Ryan Air has a flight directly from London to the Perugia airport, which is only 15 km away. Otherwise, you can fly to Ancona (a small, provincial airport about 1.5 hours away) or Rome.

Alitalia has flights to Perugia with a stopover in Milan.

Otherwise, all major airlines fly into Rome and Florence airports, which are both just about 2 hours drive away.

Driving Information:

We strongly recommend our guests hire a car for the duration of their stay. We are not well served by public transportation, and the charming hilltowns of Umbria are difficult to reach by bus or train.

The Perugia airport has car rental offices for Hertz, Budget, and Avis. You can easily book a car online.
