Getting to Brac: Take the 45 minute car ferry from Split harbour. Split harbour is 20 kilometres from Split airport. The crossing takes about 45 minutes. The cost per person is approx 5 Euro.From Split airport you don't have to take the taxi, as there is a bus which is going directly to the ferry port.
