Take A30 towards OKEHAMPTON from Exeter ( NOT A38) , and just past signs for Launceston, turn off over a double flyover onto A395 for North Cornwall and Camelford. Go to Camelford, and follow signs for Boscastle (B3266) When you reach Boscastle go past the Bottreaux garage on the left, and at junction of road to Tintagel and road to the harbour, turn left for Tintagel. After about 200 yards there is a sign for The Old Coach House on the right. Immediately after this turn right into Potters Lane. It is a narrow turning. Then the Ist left into Langfords Meadow. Bear around to the left at the top of the hill and 1st left into Cloverlane Close. Almost immediately turn right ,and Penrose is the 6th of a terrace of 6 cottages on the right
