HOW TO ARRIVE TO PUERTO DE LA CRUZ (Tenerife): It takes 70 minutes to arrive. It is important to understand that there are two motorways in Tenerife:

South Motorway (Autopista del Sur): goes from South Airport to Santa Cruz (capital)

North Motorway: (Autopista del Norte): goes from Santa Cruz to Puerto de la Cruz.

When you leave Tenerife South Airport Reina Sofía, follow the way to Santa Cruz. 50 minutes later, you see SANTA MARÍA DEL MAR, take that way-out, going over the bridge and follow the way to Autopista del Norte and Puerto de la Cruz.

Five minutes later you join the TF5 (North Motorway)

After 25 minutes driving the North Motorway, you see Puerto de la Cruz SALIDA 35 (Exit 35), take it. INMEDIATELY you see two options:

---Motorway Exit 31: (the first one you see from the motorway)

---Motorway Exit 35 Puerto de la Cruz through Las Arenas Area: this is the exit that you want.

200 metres further on you see a Shell petrol station. Take the first exit off the roundabout at the Shell garage and you follow that Carretera (Main Road) de Las Arenas. Drive down the hill towards the town and after passing the entrance to Taoro Park you come to a new, large roundabout. Take the exit that goes past El Drago apartments on the street San Antonio and then take the first little street to your right. Follow the road along until it widens and on the left you will see the Parque Las Flores Apartments (just a few metres before Hotel Acuario). You can park anywhere as there are no restrictions in this area.
