How to get there
If you fly in to Dublin Airport, you can get a train from Dublin Heuston Railway Station to Roscommon Town. You can get a Taxi from Roscommon to Donamon (about 15km) or we may be able to collect you if this is arranged in advance. Alternately you can get a City Link; coach from the Airport to Athlone (which is approx half an hour drive to Donamon) and then a bus or train to Roscommon. From Knock Airport there are no easy public transport connections. There is Car Hire available at the airport and the drive should take around little more than an hour.

Getting around
There is no public transport to/from Dunamon and it is advisable to have some form of transport (car, bike etc.) if you wish to travel anywhere from here. There are a number of walks including the Suck Valley way and a circular country walk.
