How to get there

Directions

Herewith directions for the last part of your journey as the postcode applies to 3 houses.

1. If you are travelling from London or the north- Directions for the last part of your journey from the A303 as follows : Just after the A303 becomes the A 30 - take the Axminster turning to the left past the Isuzu car place onto the Stockland Hill road and keep going (dead straight Roman road) - past the big mast which you will see ahead of you to the left. Your satnav will probably take you to Telegraph cottage which is on the right. If your route finder suggests you turn down Post lane - please ignore it, as it is incorrect and you will get lost! Keep going and we are the next property on the left. ( stone and thatch/slate) Turn into the farmyard through the brown wooden gates after the buildings - not the black gates before the buildings. Your host will meet you with the key. Please phone/text when you arrive.

2. If you are travelling from the south east or coming up from the coast on the A35 - pass the Axminster turnoffs and after Kilmington turn right at the Landrover place onto the Stockland hill road signposted Dalwood/Burrow farm gardens. Keep to the left and go up the hill - do not turn turn right again to Dalwood! You will pass a number of farms and go through some crossroads signposted Dalwood/Honiton and then pass a turnoff to Hawley on your right and you will see the big mast ahead to your right. We are in the middle of the ñext S bend - on the right stone wall with hedge - turn into the Farm yard - and come through the brown wooden gates. If you go under the power lines you have gone too far.

3. If you are travelling from the south or south west on the A30 - pass the Honiton turnoffs and go through Monkton and then take the turnoff to the right just before the Honiton car place onto the Stockland Hill road and then follow the directions as in 1. You can also come through Honiton on the A35 but usually quicker via the A30.
