At Viareggio exit of the motorway Genova-Livorno turn right twice, then get onto the orbital road of Viareggio and follow the sign 'Viareggio Sud-Porto';, go on for about 2 km, then go out at the exit & 'Viar eggio Sud-Porto', get onto Via for Montramito; go on, drive past a traffic lights, at the second traffic lights turn right, continue until the end of the road, then turn left into Via degli Ontani, finally go on until Via Farabola Est, the No. 45 is just before the right-handed curve.
