Arriving from Recife – As soon as you arrive in Gravatá, leave the Highway BR 232 and stay at the local road, that is parallel just besides the main Highway. Continue at this local road for one kilometer (about 0,63 miles) until you pass by a restaurant Taverna Suíça and the swimming pool store Igui. At this point turn to your right to the road Rua Lourenço S. Cavlcante, which is the road of the Pousada Casa Schneider. The beginning of this road is just in front of the footbridge above the Highway BR 232, at the kilometer 78. At the right corner of this road there is a big house with a mill and at the left corner there is the Department of Education and the school Escola de Referência. At the road Rua Lourenço S. Cavalcante you will pass by a big water tank and by the condominium “Conjunto Novo Gravatá” at your left and at your right will be the condominium Conjunto Serrano”. At the end of the road, in front of a sheep ranch, is located the Pousada Casa Schneider.

Arriving from Caruaru – When you arrive in Gravatá, leave the Highway BR 232 when you see an indication for “Centro”. Stay at the local road, that is parallel just besides the main Highway, until you reach the Tourist Information Cabinet that is close to the roundabout that allows you to pass below the viaduct of the Highway BR 232. Pass below the viaduct and continue at the local road direction Recife (the same direction you arrived, just at the other side of the Highway). At your left you will pass by the condominiums Chácara Alpina and Chácara Suíça and by some antiquity stores. Soon you will see a footbridge above the Highway BR232, which is just in front of the road Rua Lourenço S. Cavalcante, which is the road of the Pousada Casa Schneider. At the right corner of this road there is there is a big house with a mill and at the left corner there is the Department of Education and the school Escola de Referência. At the road Rua Lourenço S.
