The fastest way to get to the flat from the Airport (all terminals) is the Airport Express Bus that travels to Atocha Train Station (last stop) for 5 Euro. Exclusively from Airport's Terminal 4 and 4S the Cercanías Train takes you to Atocha station for 2.50 Euro. Another alternative is the Subway that takes you to Plaza Lavapiés (about 80m from home), but with two transfers at Nuevos Ministerios and Plaza de España, for 5.50 Euro. The most comfortable way is to take a taxi, for a fixed rate of 30 Euro, we can arrange a taxi driver to pick you up from Airport Arrivals/Llegadas. All airport terminals are connected by a free bus shuttle.
