FROM M4 HEADING WEST: take the exit at junction 24 heading towards Monmouth. Take the 5th exit on A449 for 8 miles and turn off at the exit to Usk. Go through Usk, over the bridge and turn left. After 1/2 mile turn right heading to Coed-y-Paen. After 1mile turn left at the Y junction and carry on for one and a half miles. If using a satnav don’t stop at Old Oak Barn but go straight past and take the next turning on the left, 200 yards. After 50 yards turn right down a small lane which will bring you to the gates leading up to the cottage. The gates are next to TyPerrott Cottage on your left.

FROM M4 HEADING EAST:

Take exit 26 towards Cwmbran. Turn left at end of slip road, go through 6 sets of traffic lights. At the roundabout take 3rd exit then 1st at the next roundabout heading to Abergavenny, A4042. Carry on A4042 over 2 roundabouts and at 3rd turn right going past the Crematorium and golf club. After 1/5 mile turn left next to a bench and signposted to Coed-y-Paen. After 2 miles at T junction turn right, follow lane for a mile, past Prescoed prison farm on the left, down the hill, round a left hand bend and take the next turning on the right. After 100 yards turn right down a small lane which will bring you to the gates leading up to the cottage.

FROM MIDLANDS:

From M5 and M50 head to Ross on Wye and go through Monmouth on A499. At exit to Usk follow M4 West directions.

FROM ABERGAVENNY head down A4042 until the roundabout heading to the Crematorium on the left and Coesyceliog on right. Take the first exit go past the Crematorium and follow directions from M4 EAST.
