There is regular bus transport from Sunny Beach, Nessebar and Bourgas to St. Vlas, as well as many private minibuses, route taxis and ordinary taxis. Water transport to and from Nessebar is available, as well. Burgas international airport is located at 20-30 minute drive distance from St. Vlas. We have advised that a car is useful for touring/sightseeing rather than rely on the local transport as there is much more freedom. It is also useful for trips further afield with bordering countries.
