How to get there

To come there would it be from Dublin airport ( about 3 hours 30 m ) or from Shannon airport ( 2hours 45 m ) You will have to pass through Galway which is, if you have the time to stop , a lovely city to visit . If you prefer to tour the town you may take your first pint or first Connemara's pot of tea in the Boat Inn in Oughtegard before entering the mysterious and magical bog land .

When you reach Clifden you find the coast road to Roudstone wich will make you pass through Ballyconeely. You will notice the pub :

" Keogh's" is its name

stay on the left road (the right one would lead you to the golf)

L'Ann Moor is on the shore exactely 1 mile down from the pub on that Roundstone road. In fact you will see it from the road its thatched roofs and its pinkish color . There is a little lane to be driven carefully which then lead you to "the french cottage by the sea." The little cottage entrance is at the back. Pass in front of the garage and park by the median wall
