How to get there

Fly from London Stansted with Ryanair to Pescara on a 2 hour flight for really low fares. Fly from Liverpool & Manchester to Naples or Rome and drive the 2 and a half hour spectacular routes.

If you are in the North of England you may prefer to fly to Ancona which is 2 hours away with easy access to the Adriatic Autostrada from the airport.
Fly to Rome and enjoy the 2 and a half hour drive over the mountains from Lazio to Abruzzo. The road is quiete and spectacular a real pleasure to drive once you have cleared the Rome GRA (ring road).
You could drive and take in some spectacular scenery which will take 2 days with a stop off in Switzerland.
In all these cases you take the Val di Sangro exit from the A14 and Torino di Sangro is signposted from the Autostrada.

Getting around

The village has a train station which is out of the village and so there is a bus which goes frequently between the village and the station. Trains to Pescara and Lecce are frequent and give access further afield. Trains are comfortable, safe and reliable. Local buses also to Casalbordino, Vasto and Lanciano which give links to coaches to Rome and Naples.
