How to get there
Driving to the Grange is straightforward, just follow the A361 from the M5 to Ilfracombe. We have parking for up to about 12 cars with more space available at the bottom of the drive. The nearest train station is in Barnstaple about 22km away and the nearest airport at Exeter, about 93km away. Local buses run about once every 30 minutes.

Getting around
Ilfracombe and the surrounding area is quite hilly, so although walking and cycling in the stunning coastal scenery is delightful, a car is recommended. If you do like walking though, Ilfracombe is not that big and can be toured on foot, with a round trip via the harbour taking about an hour. Local buses run roughly once every 30 minutes and will take you to Barnstaple and all the major beach locations.
