To move around you can rent a car, using the tram or both.

There are buses every 20 minutes from the airport to Alicante city
From Alicante Airport (25km from the house) you take bus number c-6 to Marq.
There you have to change and take the tram L-1 (it is underground the square) To Cala Piteres and leave the tram there (50 meters from the house)

The center of La Coveta fuma is a 2 minutes drive away from the house or 1 stop with tram where the bars, restaurants and the supermarket are located.
The small supermarket within Coveta, at around 1 kms. from the house, where you can buy essential foodstuff and many other things. It is recommended to go by car or tram unless you love walking (it is not far away but you have to go up and down several sloping streets and if it is too hot it is not a comfortable walk).
The nearest big supermarket is located in El Campello, at around 5 kms. from the house. You can go by car or by tram (the supermarket is in front of the tram station). There are other big supermarkets in El Campello (Lidl, Mercadona) but you need to go by car. Carrefour is also at 8 kms. from the house (near San Juan de Alicante village) but you can only reach it by car.
