I can send a driver/mini bus who will come inside the airport with a board to collect you ... I often collect myself. Costs for this would be 9,000 rupees or UK Pounds 45.00
There is a bus from the airport to Hikkaduwa, there is also a bus to Colombo Railway Station and the train journey is an hour and a half.
