FROM CATANIA AIRPORT

Leaving the airport follow the AUTOSTRADE (motorways) sign and take the motorway A18 direction Messina. After about 50 km take the exit FIUMEFREDDO.

After paying your toll, turn right towards Fiumefreddo and follow the curvy road down. After 1,2 km go over level crossing and then after another 100m turn right.

This street’s name is Via Principe di Piedimonte, go straight on for 700m and then turn right into Via Maccarone, opposite a Tamoil petrol station. Then, after 200m, turn left into Borgo Valerio.

Follow this road round under a bridge and then after 300m you will see a yellow sign “ Valerio “. Turn right here.

You will see Etna in front of you ( clouds permitting ).

After 1,2 km you’ll see the gate on our left, just before the bridge on your rigth.

FROM PALERMO AIRPORT

From Palermo airport take the A29 and head towards Palermo/Catania/Messina.

Take the Messina-Catania motorway (follow the green sign for the A18), towards Messina. You will go through a toll. Exit at Fiumefreddo (From Palermo it’s about 250Km) and continue following the directions above.
