Directions.
From Arbroath take the A933 road to Brechin. At Colliston turn right before the church. Follow this road (signposted Letham Grange) to the T-junction. Turn right at this T-junction and continue along the road (towards Arbroath) for ½ mile passing the sign to Letham Grange. The West Lodge is on the left hand side. Should the gate be down, the entry code is 8321. The track leading out behind the cottage marked ‘no entry’ is occasionally used by Kinblethmont estate vehicles so could you please make sure that it is not blocked.
The key will be in a lock box under the exterior light along from the back door.
