Begur is one of the most special villages in the Costa Brava Region. This villa is in Begur itself and is a short stroll to the centre of the town with all the shops, boutiques, bars and restaurants nearby. Yet the villa is in a quiet cul de sac overlooking Sa Riera bay and the Medes Islands so in fact benefits from the best of both worlds.
Lots of people drive their own cars from mainland Euopean countries or the UK and Ireland. Begur is about an hour south of the French border and approx 90 minutes from Perpignan easily accessible on the AP7. It is also approx 90 minutes North of Barcelona. If driving is not an option then Girona is the nearest airport serviced by Ryanair (45 mins) who also fly to Perpignan and Reus. Barcelona is a hub airport with numerous international connections and a number of low cost carriers including Easyjet, Spanair, etc., We have a detailed directions sheet available for people staying and if you do get lost or run into problems we will be here to advise.
