From St Austell, head out on the B3273 past Pentewan Sands Holiday Park.
At the crossroads at the top of the hill turn right towards The Lost Gardens of Heligan.
As you continue along this road for approximately 5 miles you will drive past The Lost Gardens of Heligan on your left hand side.
Continue past St Ewe and into Gorran, where you will drive through the small village past The Barley Sheaf Inn and Gorran Stores on your right hand side.
The road bears to the left and you will then turn right onto Bell Hill towards Gorran Haven.
As you drive down the lane towards Gorran Haven, take second right into Wansford Meadows and follow the road round to the right, the cottage is the third property on the left.
