Getting around
There are a number of options to get into and around Lagos. I would recommend a car if you want to see around the area. Taxis are plentiful & cheap. There is a local train which you can take to go along the coastal towns (Portimao is very close). A fun trip is the water taxi from Lagos marina to Alvor. This offers a fun & alternative way to get to Alvor. Bikes are also available to hire in Lagos which is a nice way to see the town.
