Getting around
The best way to explore is to hire a car, particularly if you want to explore the Algarve and West Coast beaches. If you prefer to stay closer to home there is a great network of local buses that has 9 routes. Check out the Onda line. Trip Advisor does not allow links to be inserted. The Nearest bus stop is 2 mins from the house. Uber also widely available. Nearest train station Lagos is at the Marina approx 15/20 minute walk. Walk into town via the Marina, with a 5 minute walk across the bridge that takes you to the promenade to the main town. You can book all water sports activities (caves, dolphin, fishing, surfing) at the marina or the promenade.
