How to get there
Regular low-cost flights into Faro airport from which Parque da Floresta is about an hour's drive West, most of which is on a lovely new uncongested motorway. A well stocked supermarket is on the way nearby so you can stock up when you arrive. Parque da Floresta/Golf San Antonio is located inland from Salema and adjacent to Budens. Getting around
Car rental is an essential way for getting around golf courses, beaches, coastal walks and all the local restaurants, villages and towns such as Salema, Lagos, Sagres. However, there are buses from Faro airport to Lagos from where you can get local buses and taxis to Budens, the local village by our resort. Car rental from Faro airport is very easy and we can recommend a couple of local agencies.
