To help find Lamledra Farm House please follow the signs from St. Austell to Mevagissey. It is advisable not to take the route through Mevagissey (sat nav will direct you this way) as the roads through Mevagissey are very narrow. Instead turn right at the crossroads at the top of the hill after Pentewan and follow the signs to The Lost Gardens of Heligan. You will pass Heligan Gardens on your left. Continue along this road for approximately 2 miles until you come to the village of Gorran. Continue through Gorran following road up a small hill and around a left bend. Continue on and take 1st turning on right signposted to Gorran Haven. Follow this road all the way down a hill into the village of Gorran Haven. At the bottom of the hill look out for a sign on the right hand side saying Lamledra Hill. (if you pass a big car park on your left you have gone too far!). Drive up Lamledra Hill until you get to the last house on the right, this is Lamledra Farm House, it is opposite a barn. If you reach the National Trust car park you have gone past the house. You can leave your car in the parking area outside the house by the front gate

The front door to the flat is up the steps on the left side of the property. The door will be left unlocked and the key will be hanging on a hook in the porch.
