From Exeter (M5) take the A30 towards Okehampton / Launceston. Exit at the Pennygillam Junction and take the B3254 towards Bude. Turn right at the turning for North Tamerton. Follow the country lane into the village, past the chapel and the terraced bungalows on the left. Go straight through the crossroads, continuing down the hill. Well Farm is on the left. Resist the temptation to follow your satnav instead, as this will take you through some very narrow country lanes!
