From the South, exit at junction 13 of the M74 for A702 Edinburgh/Lanark then at roundabout take 2nd exit for Biggar A702. Once through Biggar take right for Peebles/Skirling on A72. Towards the end of the straight, take third left into Skirling Mill, the entrance nearest Skirling, and follow the road past a high wooden fence. There is a brown workshop in front of you and the entrance to The New Farmhouse is to the right of it.
