Directions to Thurlibeer:

From Holsworthy/ Red Post, continue along the A3072 towards Stratton/ Bude for about 700 metres after Red Post, passing the Red Post garage on your left. Pass the red brick cottages 'Royal Oak' and the farm lane to the left - Thurlibeer is the next house on the left hand side, almost immediately after the farm lane turning (don't turn into the farm lane, our entrance is just after it off the main road). Drive directly into the car-park from the main road and Thurlibeer House is accessible through the courtyard straight ahead through the blue door on left.

From Bude/ Stratton, take the A3072 towards Holsworthy. About a mile after Stratton, you will pass Brook's garden centre on the left hand side. Carry on along the A3072, right up the hill. When the road becomes flatter at the top, Thurlibeer is the first house on the right hand side, just before a farm lane to the right and the next house Royal Oak, a red-brick house close to the road. Drive into the car-park and Thurlibeer House is accessible through the courtyard straight ahead through the blue door on left.

There should be somebody there to meet you and show you round the house from 3 pm on your arrival day. If there is nobody there at the time you arrive/ you arrive later, the door will be left open for you, and the keys will be on the inside of the inner door in the lock. The departure time is 10am on your day of departure. We would request that you strip all the beds before departing. Please leave the house in the same condition as on your arrival. Thank you.

The X9 Stagecoach and 599 Western Greyhound buses run from Exeter St Davids train station and Exeter bus and coach station to Bude, stopping at Red Post, which is half a mile from the property. There is also a bus service from Plymouth.
