How to get there
From the airport, it is possible to get to Banyualbufar by car or by buses.
By car: Drive from the airport on the motorway initially in the direction of Palma, but after a few kilometers leave at the junction signposted to Andraitx (via cintura). Stay on this motorway until the junction signposted to Valdemossa, where you leave and take the road to the right. Drive past the universities towards Valdemossa, across a number of roundabouts, until a roundabout where Esporles is signposted. Turn left to Esporles, drive through the village and continue following the winding road with beautiful views through the mountains and along the sea all the way to Banyalbufar (15-20 minutes). Our care taker will meet with you in the village to show you the way to the house.
By bus: There are busses from the airport to the centre of Palma, and from there regular buses to Banyalbufar. Bus time tables can be found on the internet.

Getting around
The most flexible way to get around is by car, but there are also regular bus services from the village to Palma, Esporles and Estellencs. Information about public transport links across the island can be found on the TIB website. If you rent a car, we highly recommend that you choose a small vehicle - up to Ford Fiesta or similar, as the road to the house is very narrow and steep with sharp bends, and even very skillful drivers may struggle with a big car!
