The road in front of the villa is enlarged making it is easy for guests to access the remote controlled private garage. There is an orchard across the road with a pergola from which guests may enjoy a spectacular view of the ocean. There are scenic hiking trails for guests to enjoy at the top of the mountain. The beaches around Lefkada Island are among the most crystal clear beaches in the world. A beautiful local beach is a short walk down the mountain (1km). Nikiana beach is 2km away. It is a great beach for families with little children since it has clear and calm shallow water. Other world-famous beaches such as Porto Katsiki, Engremni and Kathisma make a nice day trip by car.
