Directions from Kalamata city to our villa:

- Once you arrive to Kalamata city you follow the route towards Areopoli.

- Once you arrive to Agios Nikolaos village (40' distance from Kalamata) you continue on the same road and soon after you will reach Riglia Village.

- After 500 meters you will see a sign "Pantazi Beach" or "Agios Dimitrios - Traxila". You turn right and at 100 meters you will see the villas on your right.

Agios Nikolaos is a small village and the street, where our villa is situated doesn't have a name. Here are the longitude and latitude of the main road, just around the corner from our villas 36.821859, 22.299471. You tunn right and you 'll see the villa in 30 meters.
