Fly into Nice using a budget airline such as Easy Jet, hire a car over the internet then drive along the R202 heading north, direction Dignes. When you see a large roundabout with yellow sculptures on it, take the exit marked Gattieres. Follow the road signs to Gattieres.The villa is located on the Route du St. Laurent, 650 metres from the village. Journey time, approx. 20 mins. from the airport of Nice International.

In the summer time, Car Hire companies are extremely busy and there can be long delays. I would recommend you using a company called Sixt which is reasonable and has a base at Nice Airport or Gold. The queues are very much shorter than, say, Europcar, Budget, or Hertz. You might find renting a GPS will make easy travelling.
