You can either fly in to Alghero which is up north west. There you can rent a car and within 2 1/2 hours you will reach Orosei or you can fly to Olbia which is an hour drive away from Orosei. The best ferry routes would be either from Genova or from Livorno to Olbia or Porto Torres. The best is to book a night ferry with a cabin.
