Teglios is a four bedroom, four bathroom property sleeping up to 10. It is situated in the heart of Looe town beside the harbour. Although there is no allocated parking directly outside the proeprty there is an area in which you can stop briefly to drop off and pick up, but it is imperative someone stays with the car at all times. The allocated parking is in a secure car park approximately 2 mins walk and costs £30. There is a large public car park over the bridge at the Millpool. Please see INFO tab for further details. Looes main beach is almost on the doorstep, about 200 hundred metres away. The property is surrounded by shops, restaurants and pubs with Looes famous fish market two minutes walk along the harbour. The railway station is located about half a mile distant involving a level walk of about 10/12 minutes.

The property comprises accommodation on two floors situated above a ground floor shop. The entrance door has a 20cm high threshold step up. Both flights of stairs in the property are wooden. The light switch at the entrance to the property is on the right side and is 147cm above floor level. The first floor landing has a wooden floor which leads to four bedrooms and the family shower room all with 71cm wide doorways. The bedrooms are carpeted and have light switches located 134cm above floor level. One super king size bedroom, two further king size bedrooms and the small double bedroom.

The best bathroom for those with limited mobility is the master bedroom en suite. The space between the sink and the door measures 650cm. There is a whirlpool bath and a separate walk in shower with 10cm threshold. There is a grab rail in the shower and room for a toilet seat.

Like the first, the second landing has a wooden floor, a feature that leads through in to the open plan seating and dining area with a tiled floor being laid to the kitchen. This entire room has a very high ceiling with exposed beams, these restrict head height in places to just under 160cm so it is important to duck from time to time. The room has two Juliet balconies giving fine views of West Looe, the river, harbour and towards the sea. The lowest mounted electricity sockets in the property are found in this room at 30cm above floor level. The kitchen is very well equipped with an American Style fridge freezer, dishwasher, oven, hob with extractor hood, microwave, toaster and kettle. The kitchen work surface measure 95cm high.

The utility room and larder are accessed from the kitchen.

Finally at this level is the shower room with tiled floor, a walk in shower having a step up of 16cm.
