If you are considering to fly, then we would recommend Girona / Spain, which is 60 minutes by car, with several flights a day from most regional airports with Ryanair. In addition, the airports of Perpignan (25 minutes), Carcassonne (1 hour 40 minutes) and Barcelona (2 hours) are all convenient too.
