How to get there
The Puerto Vallarta is about 15 minutes south of the resort and easily accessed. Grupo Vidanta has made arrangements with a transportation company called GAPSA. Its personnel will check your name against a list of arriving guests and secure a taxi to take you to the resort. It is an easy process, and you will be greeted with a smile and a bottle of water.
At the resort, bellmen will check your luggage, provide you with a receipt and arrange to take you to your accommodations for checkin at the reception desk.

Getting around
The Residence Tower guests have access to dedicated shuttles that provide transportation to all the primary and secondary locations on the property. Walking is also great exercise, and there are many miles of elevated walkways to enjoy. Staff members are available to assist those with special needs.
