How to get there

Approaching Conwy from either direction on the A55, leave at Junction 18 and take the exit at the slip-way roundabout signposted DEGANWY A546 / CONWY / LLANDUDNO JUNCTION A547. At the next small roundabout continue straight via the 2nd exit. At the next roundabout take the 1st exit left signposted CONWY A547. Continue on the road-bridge over the Conwy Estuary with the Castle visible ahead of you. Immediately as you pass the Castle on your left, go 1st left at the small roundabout, signposted TREFRIW B5106. Go under the castle-wall arch and the railway arch. Continue along the main (winding) road, which bends left opposite a small shop and then goes up hill. About 1 mile further on, the main road heads down an extremely steep hill with the River Conwy visible on your left. At the bottom of the hill is the Groes Inn on your right. We are difficult to find, so we strongly suggest that you park in the layby near the Groes Inn and give us a ring. We are only about 0.5 mile away and will come down to welcome you in.
