How to get there
There are 3 main car ferry terminals to the Isle of Wight. Wightlink offer car ferry travel from Portsmouth to Fishbourne and Lymington to Yarmouth. Red Funnel offer car ferry travel from Southampton to East Cowes. If you are travelling via public transport then you can also take the Hovercraft as a foot passenger from Southsea to Ryde, the Wightlink catamaran from portsmouth Harbour to Ryde, or the redjet from Southampton to Cowes. Getting around
The apartment is located a 5 minute walk from the nearest bus route travelling to either Sandown or Ventnor. The main bus station is located in the centre of Shanklin offering connections to other destinations on the Island and is also approximately a 5 minute walk from the apartment building. Shanklin Train Station is a 10 minute walk from the apartment and from here you can catch a train to Lake, Sandown, Brading, Smallbrook Junction, Ryde St Johns, Ryde Esplanade and Ryde Pier Head.
