If approaching Dartmouth down Victoria Road turn right on Anzac Street directly after the shop Joules, drive ahead 100 yards towards pink house with St Saviours church on your right following the road the only direction you can for 30 seconds until you give way with Seven Stars pub & Smith Street to your left. Turn right up a hill straight ahead for South Ford Road. Within 250 yards you will reach with restriction bollards, the house is 50 yards ahead on the left with sigh Bay Tree House.

If approaching via the Embankment follow the one way street back through the town & opposite the co op turn left onto Smith Street, continue straight up hill past higher Street on your left.
