How to get there

Boracay is a small island, only 7km long and there is no airport on the island itself. There are two airports servicing Boracay, Caticlan and Kalibo. Caticlan is only a 15 minute boat ride away from Boracay, and therefore it is generally more convenient to fily there, but it only has flights in the daylight. Some people choose to fly into Kalibo Airport which does also take larger planes and also operates at night, but coming in to Kalibo means adding a 90 minute bus ride from the airport to Caticlan jetty port where the boats ferry back and for from Boracay Island. Once you get onto Boracay Island, you can take one of the many waiting vans or tricycles to the hotel which will take about a 20 minute drive. The vans can be open-aired or air-conditioned and are far more comfortable than the tricycles. Prices are approx P150 for a tricycle and P300 for an air-conditioned van to bring you from the jetty port to Palm Breeze Villa. We recommend you take a van as the tricycle drivers are notorious for overcharging and adding on extra charges.
