At the exit of the A11 motorway, if you come from Florence, or A12, coming from Genova or Livorno exit at Viareggio-Camaiore and dovo payment of tolls bear right towards Camaiore. At the first roundabout take the third exit at the second roundabout take the first exit towards Camaiore on SP1. After about 4 miles to the first traffic lights turn right towards Lucca on SS439 Sarzanese. After about 250 meters between two cypress trees on the left direction take the road that goes up the Hill. At the first junction keep right and after 70 meters to the left you will find the entrance of Villa.
